1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-7 buisness days.

Orders are not shipped or delievered on weekends or holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you if this is the case.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery time:

Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days

Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Overnight Shipping: 2-3 business days


Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

You can track our order using the tracking number provided.

4. International Shipping


We unfortunately DO NOT ship internationally.

Additional custom fees, duties, and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some Items may be restricted in certain regions or countries due to regulations

6. Damages & Lost Packages


Past2Last is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you recieve your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
